Had to travel to Jacksonville last minute this week, and completely unfamiliar with the area, didn't know where to stay. The ease of booking, cleanliness, and courteous updates during our stay made this one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. 10/10, would recommend and stay here again if in the area.

Staff was fantastic. Friendly and accommodating. Property is kept up extremely well. Nice Gym, and pool. Front desk staff was awesome from their day, evening and overnight personnel. Thanks for making my weekly business trip all over the southeast comfortable, especially Loretta and Andre.

I honestly had to use the restroom! The lobby is nicely decorated! I asked to use the restroom, the clerk was sweet and gave good directions on how to get there. The bathroom smelled fresh and was clean. I'd stop for a room one day if in the area 😊

We found this Comfort Suites to be just right for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. The location was close to our son’s home, so we’ll be using it for future visits too. We’d recommend this hotel to anyone!!

We enjoyed our stay. This was a great deal, considering the price. The hotel had everything we needed because of the kitchenette and it was nice having the wall separating us from our teenager. The complimentary breakfast was great, also. I would definitely stay here again.

Quick reservations, friendly front desk staff, CLEAN rooms!!!! Especially noted NO MOLD! Bed pretty comfy. AM breakfast well stocked. We booked thru an outside site but are very pleased w our choice after reading reviews. Would stay here again.
